Backstory (Short version):
Last year around May, i made a reel about the difficulties in gaining exposure back home, while being seen in Scotland and from there I developed a relationship with the entire country. They asked me to come over, and within 6 months Supermann on da beat (owner of HipHop Scotland) and my team (Keshanti and Em) put together a tour from Glasgow to Aberdeen. In December that tour began and In less than 3 months of promotion solely on Instagram, showing the dedication and genuine support from the people of Scotland - people who I've also found family in - two of the four shows were sold out (SWG3 in Glasgow and Sneaky Pete's in Edinburgh). The lore goes much deeper, but for now - this album is a product of not just my personal feelings and experiences but the feelings of the producer (Supermann) and the album artist (Sarah) by way of their medium of expression. In truth, they've become good friends of mine and I'd find to say that this product is in truth a collaborative effort. A vision I had brought to life by those who also found love in the connection. 5 million people and here we are. Heartbreak. Anger. Community. Love. Revolution.
This album is a collection of my feelings, experiences and thoughts.
Never let anyone tell any dictate your reality or your truth.
Rest in peace to my four friends that died last year. Rest in peace to the lives of those lost due to genocide and greed. Rest in peace to the many versions of myself that have died and resurrected, surviving violent trauma and betrayal through perseverance. Rest in peace to the version of myself that couldn't accept love knowing I was more than deserving.
Death to colonization and corruption.
Thank you to my spiritual guides and closest people.
Remember their names.
Technicality:
"The opposite of A Million Is a Statistic, when the names of those who died are given instead of just faceless numbers to show respect for their sacrifice. A Sub-Trope of Nominal Importance: a list of a hundred names, often on a War Memorial, hits much harder than "100 people died".

Oxymoronic:
"Dead" itself is example of such, with the exact names of all lost not listed.
