the truth of my art

Very rarely do I talk about my passion for acting which is kind of weird disservice to self because I genuinely love the art (and pretty good at it). Its an interesting space of dipping into the alternate reality of walking in another shoes - an attempt at allowing self to be as deep into the the mind and heart of another human as possible. Recently, I was asked to play a role in a film (which unfortunately, had to be place on a brief hold as a result of not being able to cross the Canadian border) and I haven't been more excited for. The last time I was in a film was in Netflix's 2019 movie, Juanita where I played the drummer (go figure) in a train station. As much as I'm not sure what the future holds with my involvement in this film I'm happy to have been chosen for the role and hopefully it works out.
